This is a structured conversation agenda. It is designed to integrate into your corporate performance agreement processes and resources. It is based on:

  • The Performance Panel framework
  • Learning and gap anaylsis methodology
  • Integrated supervisor performance management and support practices.
It is an easy to use framework to help structure the planning conversation towards those factors that help people and organisations perform. You can download a copy below in a DOC format for using on your device or a PDF format spaced out for using in a printed format.
