Leadership Performance - An integrated approach to developing leadership
The Leadership Performance framework is a structured approach to leadership coaching. It can be used with individuals or with teams.

Focusing on the role, agenda and effort that combine to make up leadership, the Leadership Performance conversations are manageable way to develop and coach leaders. It provides a focus for helping first time leaders move from their technical role and adapt to their leadership role. It helps experienced leaders to explore the continuous challenge of managing the agenda and the long term effort of leading.

Typically, we use an inventory process to step through the circle. This can be a stand alone activity or as part of a broader developmental exercise.
